This policy explains what data Comunidade Overlander receives through the site's sign-up forms and what it does with it.

Who we are

Comunidade Overlander is a community of overland travelers, by 4x4, van, motorhome or motorcycle, currently in pre-launch.

What data we collect

The data you provide in the sign-up forms: name, email, WhatsApp, city and state, information about your vehicle, how you travel and your interests. For businesses, also the company details, such as name, website, Instagram and type of business.

We also record how you got to the site, such as a campaign link or the page that referred you.

What we use it for

To talk to you about the community, invite you to the launch and send news about partners, content and meetups. For businesses, to discuss the partnership.

Who we share it with

No one. The data is kept in a private database that only the people running the community can access. We don't sell or pass on your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are part of the community, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, and to stop receiving messages, through the community's contact channels.
